At FastBOC3 Filing, we take pride in the quality and speed of our BOC-3 filing service. Because our service involves submitting federal filings to the FMCSA on your behalf, our refund policy reflects the nature of this work.

Refund Eligibility

Eligible for Refund

You may request a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:

  • You contact us before we have confirmed that your filing has been submitted to the FMCSA.
  • Your filing has not yet been processed or sent to the FMCSA.

To request a refund, email us at support@fastboc3filing.com as soon as possible after your purchase. Include your order details and USDOT number.

Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds are not available in the following situations:

  • Filing already submitted: Once your BOC-3 has been filed with the FMCSA and you have received your filing confirmation, the service has been rendered and no refund will be issued.
  • Duplicate orders: If you placed a duplicate order in error, contact us immediately. If the duplicate filing has not been submitted, we will refund the duplicate charge. If both have been filed, no refund is available.
  • Change of mind after filing: We cannot reverse a BOC-3 filing once it has been submitted to the FMCSA.

We guarantee that your BOC-3 filing will be accepted by the FMCSA. In the rare event that a filing is not accepted due to an error on our part, we will:

  • Re-file your BOC-3 immediately at no additional charge, or
  • Issue a full refund if the issue cannot be resolved

This guarantee does not apply to rejections caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us as soon as possible:

Please include the following in your refund request:

  • Your USDOT number
  • The email address used during checkout
  • Your reason for requesting a refund

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or credit card issuer.

Important Note

Because our average filing time is approximately 2 hours, we strongly encourage you to contact us as early as possible if you wish to cancel your order. Once the filing is confirmed, the service is considered complete and non-refundable.
