Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FastBOC3Filing.com (the "Website") and our BOC-3 filing service (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Website or Service.

2. Description of Service

FastBOC3 Filing is a private, third-party filing service. We prepare customers' orders for FMCSA Form BOC-3 (Designation of Process Agents). We are not the FMCSA, a government agency, or a government-affiliated entity. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

FastBOC3Filing is operated by Fast Filing Group LLC; payments are processed by its affiliate Cryp Solutions LLC.

Who files your BOC-3. We are not a process agent and we do not file the BOC-3 ourselves. Your BOC-3 is filed with FMCSA by our process agent partner, Total Insight Professional Services, LLC ("TIPS"), a blanket process-agent company on FMCSA's process-agent list. TIPS appears as the process agent on your FMCSA record.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of the entity for which you are filing a BOC-3. By using our Service, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and that you are authorized to submit a BOC-3 filing for the entity identified.

4. Service Fees and Payment

  • The Standard BOC-3 Filing fee is $75 (one-time).
  • The Authority Package fee is $125 (one-time).
  • All fees are non-recurring. There are no annual renewal charges or hidden fees.
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee.
  • All prices are in U.S. dollars.

5. Filing Process

Upon receipt of your payment and completed form information:

  • We will prepare your order and send it to our process agent partner, TIPS, which files your BOC-3 with the FMCSA.
  • Orders placed by 4 PM ET on a business day are filed that day. Orders after 4 PM ET are filed the next business morning. Orders placed on a weekend or a federal holiday are filed the next business day.
  • Filing is typically completed within 1 business day, though processing times may vary based on FMCSA system availability.
  • You will receive email confirmation once your filing has been submitted.
  • Refile-or-refund guarantee: if FMCSA rejects your BOC-3 filing because of an error on our side, our process agent partner refiles it at no additional charge, and if it still can't be fixed, you receive a full refund of your package price ($75 Standard, $125 Authority Package) under our Refund Policy. This guarantee does not cover rejections caused by inaccurate or incomplete information you provided.

6. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for your BOC-3 filing. FastBOC3 Filing is not responsible for delays, rejections, or other issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you. If corrections are needed due to errors on our part, our process agent partner refiles at no charge (see the refile-or-refund guarantee in Section 5).

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE FMCSA WILL PROCESS YOUR FILING WITHIN ANY SPECIFIC TIMEFRAME, AS PROCESSING IS SUBJECT TO FMCSA SYSTEM AVAILABILITY. OUR ONLY GUARANTEE ABOUT FMCSA'S HANDLING OF YOUR FILING IS THE REFILE-OR-REFUND GUARANTEE DESCRIBED IN SECTION 5 AND IN OUR REFUND POLICY.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FASTBOC3 FILING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of FastBOC3 Filing and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

11. Third-Party Services

Our Website may contain links to third-party websites, including the FMCSA and SAFER system. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these external sites.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the applicable federal or state courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
