FastBOC3 Filing is a private, third-party filing service. We assist customers in preparing and submitting FMCSA Form BOC-3 (Designation of Process Agents) on their behalf. We are not the FMCSA, a government agency, or a government-affiliated entity. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of the entity for which you are filing a BOC-3. By using our Service, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and that you are authorized to submit a BOC-3 filing for the entity identified.

4. Service Fees and Payment

• The Standard BOC-3 Filing fee is $75 (one-time).
• The Authority Package fee is $125 (one-time).
• All fees are non-recurring. There are no annual renewal charges or hidden fees.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee.
• All prices are in U.S. dollars.

5. Filing Process

Upon receipt of your payment and completed form information:

• We will prepare and submit your BOC-3 filing to the FMCSA on your behalf.
• Filing is typically completed within 2 hours, though processing times may vary based on FMCSA system availability.
• You will receive email confirmation once your filing has been submitted.
• We guarantee 100% FMCSA acceptance. If your filing is not accepted, we will re-file at no additional charge.

6. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for your BOC-3 filing. FastBOC3 Filing is not responsible for delays, rejections, or other issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you. If corrections are needed due to errors on our part, we will re-file at no charge.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE FMCSA WILL PROCESS YOUR FILING WITHIN ANY SPECIFIC TIMEFRAME, AS PROCESSING IS SUBJECT TO FMCSA SYSTEM AVAILABILITY. WE DO GUARANTEE THAT YOUR FILING WILL BE ACCEPTED BY THE FMCSA.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FASTBOC3 FILING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE.

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of FastBOC3 Filing and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
