Priority processing is about our internal queue order only. FMCSA processes every BOC-3 the same way.

What else costs money, and what doesn't
- FMCSA charges nothing for the BOC-3. There is no government filing fee inside our price.
- FastBOC3Filing is a private service, not affiliated with FMCSA. FMCSA charges no fee for the BOC-3, and you may file directly through a process agent yourself.
- No per-state charges: one filing covers every state.
- Changing process agents later means a new BOC-3; FMCSA still charges nothing for it.
- Other providers charge yearly or one-time fees; published prices are compared in how much a BOC-3 costs.
Refunds
Full terms are in our refund policy, including refunds before your filing is submitted and what the guarantee doesn't cover (rejections caused by information you supplied). Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
