How to verify a BOC-3 filing yourself

Reviews are one signal; FMCSA's public record is another. Anyone can check whether a BOC-3 is on file and which process agent it names:

Open FMCSA's Licensing and Insurance system at li-public.fmcsa.dot.gov.
Search by USDOT or MC/FF/MX number.
Open the BOC-3 entry to see whether a designation is on file and which blanket company it names.
